In a sheet, but only on one side (can be cardboard, but in light color and not exceed A4 size) make one of the following tasks (ON BOTH OPTIONS, ALL MUST APPEAR  WRITTEN ONLY IN ENGLISH):
En un folio, pero solamente por una cara (puede ser cartulina, pero de color claro y no exceder del tamaño A4) haz una de las siguientes tareas (EN LAS DOS OPCIONES, DEBE APARECER TODO ESCRITO SOLAMENTE EN INGLÉS): 



OPTION 1. - A triptych (the folio folded horizontally into three parts as shown in the activity 16 on page 36 of your book) with an Andalusian cuisine restaurant menu . You must write the restaurant's name and the names of the dishes clasified in: STARTERS - FIRST COURSE - MAIN COURSE - DESSERTS AND DRINKS and some small illustrations or decorations.
OPCIÓN 1.- Un tríptico (el folio horizontal doblado en tres partes como aparece en la actividad 16 de la página 36 de tu libro) con UN MENÚ DE UN RESTAURANTE DE COCINA ANDALUZA. Debe aparecer el nombre del restaurante y los nombres de los platos repartidos en: APERITIVOS – PRIMEROS PLATOS – SEGUNDOS PLATOS – POSTRES y BEBIDAS y algunas pequeñas ilustraciones o adornos. 


 OPTION 2: An Andalusian or lucentina recipe translated to English. You must include NAME OF THE RECIPE, a PHOTO or drawing at the top, the list of INGREDIENTS and the PROCESS. If you do not know what recipe to do, you can translate one from the book "COCINA LUCENTINA" from  this Colegio del Carmen that you will find digitized in this link (Click on the picture):

OPCIÓN 2: Una receta de cocina andaluza o lucentina traducida a Inglés. Debe incluir el NOMBRE DE LA RECETA, una FOTO o dibujo en la parte superior, la lista de INGREDIENTES y la ELABORACIÓN. Si no sabes qué receta hacer, puedes traducir una del libro de “COCINA LUCENTINA” de este Colegio del Carmen que encontrarás digitalizado en este enlace (Pica en la foto):
